My Background: Where Psychology Meets Operations
My background spans behavioral psychology, education, recruitment, strategic communications, event operations, and project management across organizations including the New York City Department of Education and the New York State Department of Health.
Working within high-pressure, large-scale systems taught me how quickly growth can outpace infrastructure and how operational gaps impact communication, execution, and team capacity.
As a first-generation college graduate, Black woman founder, and neurodivergent entrepreneur, I understand the realities of building something meaningful while navigating real-world constraints. That perspective shapes how I approach operational support: practical, people-centered, and designed to function in real life, not just on paper.
